Instant Care Solutions Ltd is a health and social care provider, established in April 2009, which is registered with the Local Authority and Company House as a private business with sole ownership. 

It is registered with the Care Quality Commission, and ICS will aim to become an accredited social care provider in line with Health and Social Care Registrations. 

It is managed by a highly qualified Operational manager registered with CQC and has over 6 years track record of residential and domiciliary care senior management experience within the private sector. 

The residential environment and care provided are designed for those adults who are unable to live safely or independently at home from hospital post-discharge because of their complex  health care needs 

Over 80% of its carer and support staff are professionally trained to NVQ. An ongoing training programme to achieve 100% target will be in place. 

The workforce employed reflects the local culture and diversity of the community. The Manager and staff employed have the added advantage of speaking more than one language other than being proficiently competent in English.
