We will network with local health and social care agencies to assist and support our service users’ needs. These include the local primary care teams, chemists, CMHTs, Social Services, Education, Local Employment and training agencies and other support services.
Where relevant and appropriate and with our clients' consent, we work closely with the involvement of carers and others.

Our programme activities are designed to promote client recovery by enhancing mental health stability, providing a psycho social support in partnership with local mental health and social agencies. The emphasis is to reintegrate the service users back into society through structured activity.
Each resident will receive protected time for one to one individualized support appropriate for his or her needs.
Many of the planned activities are aimed at building self confidence and self esteem. For example we will support our service users to plan and do their own shopping, cooking, medication management, and share the household chores.
All through out their stay with our service, they will be encouraged to develop a team working spirit and demonstrate mutual respect for each other.
All residents will be encouraged to participate in structured activities outside the home. These activities could include any combination of volunteer or paid work, school or vocational programs, self-help groups, treatment appointments, Clubhouse participation, attending faith-based services, etc.
We will also arrange frequent social activities for residents including parties or barbecues at the house as well as events in the community like outings, trips to the seaside, national parks, day trip to France, movies, etc.
Service users will also be encouraged to form supportive relationships outside of the residence with local befriending networks.
In essence, the core product components include such things as agreed careplan treatment, case management, rehabilitation, enrichment, promoting self-development, rights protections, basic support (shelter, meals, and health care), self-help and wellness or prevention.
Our care programme system will offer excellent opportunities for individuals in recovery and their families to have a central role in determining and directing the services that are most beneficial to them. An individual's wellbeing expands from an isolated process to one that encourages and promotes full community integration and the building of natural supports.

In order to achieve these ambitions, we recognises the complex nature of challenging behaviours, the need for 24 hour care support and the requirement for an experienced and skilled professional workforce to work in partnership with local health and social services as well as Education, training and employment support agencies.
Our service users will have a comprehensive and continuous assessment followed by highly individualised and tailored care packages to meet and fulfil their needs.
The comprehensive care package will be geared towards promoting recovery with assistance to self-care, psychological support and occupational/recreational activities within a framework of bespoke risk management strategies.
Each service user will have a full community based care plan, which typically would involve a minimum 4 and up to 24 hours per day 1:1 time with allocated staff.
As service users progress towards the recovery path, the time may be reduced. The care plan will be continuously assessed, reviewed and audited to reflect the clients move towards more independence.
This will be developed and performance-managed in partnership with the service users specialist medical practitioner who may be the local NHS Psychiatrist, Community Mental Health Team and PCT.
